At Celo Mode, your satisfaction is our priority. We take pride in the quality of our jewelry and fashion accessories, and we want you to love every piece you receive.
Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- Unworn, unused, and in their original condition
- Free of scratches, damage, or signs of wear
- In original packaging with all tags attached
The following items are final sale and cannot be returned:
- Earrings (for hygiene reasons)
- Items marked as "Final Sale" or purchased during clearance events
- Customized or personalized items
How to Initiate a Return
- Email us at Info@celomode.fashion with your order number and reason for return
- Our team will respond within 2–3 business days with return instructions
- Ship the item back using a trackable shipping method
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved:
- Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable
Exchanges
We offer exchanges for a different size or colour of the same item, subject to availability. To request an exchange, follow the same return initiation process above and indicate your preferred replacement.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
