Order Processing & Shipping

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days.

Shipping Times: Canada 3–4 business days | USA 3–6 business days after processing.

Tracking information is emailed when your order ships.

Shipping Costs: Calculated at checkout. Free standard shipping on orders over $100.

Return Policy

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging with tags attached.

To start a return, email Info@celomode.fashion with your order number.

Customers cover return shipping unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 3–5 business days of receipt.

Non-returnable items: Earrings and sale/clearance items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

European Union – 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is being shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason, without justification. Your item must be in the same condition as received — unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required.

Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos at Info@celomode.fashion. We'll cover return shipping and send a replacement or issue a refund.
